1日、2日と夜更かしして
「草刈十字軍」の本を読んだあと、
3日は東京車で往復の強行軍。

朝起きたらインターネットに
接続できない。いろいろやってから
サービスセンターに問い合わせて
ADSLのモデムがフリーズしている
ことが分かって一件落着。
そういえば寒かったからなあ？

その後急遽佐久市へ往復し、
さらに千曲市へ往復。帰ってきて
大急ぎで至急のワインを送って。
と、またまた畑からご無沙汰。
明日も予定が入っているし。
まあ、こういうことも
シーズン中だったらできないこと
だからしょうがない。で、
今、とっても眠い。

グルーンツーリズムコラボ
のイベントにおいで下さった

苗植え会、収穫会、麻布十番にも来て頂いたり
ご友人をお連れ下さった方々もあり、
久しぶりに再会できて楽しい一時を
過ごすことができました。

I stayed up late on December 1 and
2 reading 'Mowing Crusaders' and I
drove to and from Tokyo yesterday.
This morning, my computer was not
able to hook up to internet somehow.
After some tries I called the customer
support and found that connecting
modem was frozen. The trouble was
settled fine. I wonder it happened
because of the cold weather these
days!?

I got an issue to go to and from
Saku City follwed by another drive
to and from Chikuma City. Then I was
hastened to pack and send out a
bottle of wine. It was another busy
day and again I was away from the
vineyards. I got my schedule
to go out tomorrow again.
C'est la vie! But that is OK
as I cannot get away from the vineyards
in the growing season. I am away because
I am able to now. And then I am sleepy
very much now!

In any case, I thank to those who
came to participate in the collaboration
event of and between Rakugo and Suzaka Green
Tourism at Harajuku, Tokyo last night
in the heavy rain.

I was very glad to see the guests who found
me and my wine at the event at Korakuen
in summer.

I also found the people who joined
me at vine planting and harvest event
and at Azabu Juban event. Thank you
very much for your coming yesterday.
I will do my best to meet you expectations
on my wines.

クリスマスに向けてジンジャーブレッド
も人気が出てきているようだし。
あ、こっちはクッキーに近いか。

で、こういうパンにはワインが
よく合うんだな、また。

この季節パン・ド・カンパーニュ
のように固めのパンや
ライ麦パンに
チーズやサワークリーム、
スモークサーモン、
干し牡蠣もいいし、
ゴージャスにキャビアなんてのも
いいね～（随分ご無沙汰）。

そういえば、後楽園にある
ムーミンのお店のフィンランドの
パンも良かった。

それに加えて、鍋に、チキンにターキーに
と言っているうちにおせちに
突入。

こりゃ太るわけだ。

Isn't December the season of bread?
I asked to get a panetone for me and
it came with a stollen. Thank you
very much!

Ginger bread is getting popular in Japan
towards Christmas. But it is more like
a cookie.

Wine can go extremely well with these
breads. Yam, yam.

I prefer hard bread like pan de campagne
and rye wheat bread with various
toppings like cheese, sour cream, smoked
salmon, smoked oyster, and caiver sounds
perfect (I actually have not eaten the
salted roe for long time already though).

The Mooming bakery near Korakuen from Finland
has very nice breads, too.

In addition to the above, Japanese hot pot
dishes, chiken, turkey will come along often
this month and will go into the New Year
Osechi dishes soon.

No wonder I put on weight during winter!

ここしばらく畑に出ていない。
ちょこちょことは出ているが、
この時季例年そうなのだが
色々な用事と、春までにやれば
いいという気持ちがあるのか、
どうしても畑に出る時間が
少ない。今年は12月から剪定を
やろうと決めているのだが、
いつの間にか12月。
今日も明日も少しずつの
用事で、畑から離れざるをえない。
明後日は朝から東京だし。

そんなこんなで時間が
過ぎてゆく。忙しい時は12月に
なれば、あれをやってこれをやって
と思い描いていたはずなのだが。
そうこうしているうちに新年に
なってしまう…なんてちょっと
先走りすぎか。

いろんなものが頭の中で
走り回る。まずは整理整頓だな。

I have been away from the vineyard
operation for a while. I have done
a few things of course but due to
the things I have to do outside the
vineyards and to my expectation
of the pruning to be finished by
Spring, I have little time in
the vineyards these days.
A few meetings
today made me out of the
vineyards, tomorrow again I will
have some things other than
the vines and I have to go to
Tokyo the after tomorrow.

It makes me feel frustrated. When I was
really busy in the vineyards, I dreamed
to do so many things in December but
now I actually have little time.
Oh boy! New year is just
around the corner...I have become
so much pessimistic to think like
this.

There are so many thoughts running
about in my brain and that bothers me.
I have to organize this chaos in order.

頂くなどの幸運も重なり、好評の内に
販売終了となりましたことにお礼申し上げます。

2009ヴィンテージは約半年後の
リリースとなりますので、それまで
お待ち下さい。これも良いできと
なるように祈っております。

同じく2008ヴィンテージの
ヴィオニエ、リースリングとも
残りごく僅かとなりました。

現在好評発売中の
メルロー/カベルネs2007 は大分瓶熟が
進み、いい感じです。
プロの方々よりお褒めの言葉を頂いて
おります、ピノ・ノワール2007と
メルロー2007は残りがそれぞれ200本、
150本ほどです。
此方も是非お試し下さい。

なんだか随分売れているようにも
聞こえますが、単に瓶詰め本数が
少ないだけなんです。まだまだ
収穫量が少ないですから。

It is indeed very grateful to announce
that Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc 2008
has been sold out with today's orders.
It was a very fortunate wine because
of a lot of favorable reactions received
from the customers and because it was
introduced in BS TV programm by Mr. Takuro
Tatsumi, a famous actor.
I thank you very much for your supports!

Its 2009 vintage wine will be released
after half a year. I hope it will be
of another good quality.

Viognier and Riesling 2008 are also
running short and will be sold out soon.

At the moment, Merlot/Cabernets2007 are
in good condition and well accepted by
the customers. I believe it is getting
better by maturation in bottle.

I have stock of Pinot Noirt 2007 and
Merlot 2007 each about 200 and 150 bottles
remaining. They received very good
comments from many people in F&B business.
Please try these wines, too.

Dose it sound I have really good sales?
Not really. I just have small number of
bottled wines. My harvest is not so big
and I have very limited products.

至極の1品。

口開けはクリュッグ。グランド・キュヴェ。
シャンパンの最高峰の一つ。

そして、何と、何と。あの
リッジ・モンテ・ベッロ　2000
今日世界トップクラスの赤ワイン。

この二つ計4本で予算の3分の2を使って
しまった。

しかし、更にオーストラリアのトップ・
ピノ・ノワールの一つ。
ステファノ・ルビアーナ　2005。

ソアヴェの逸品。スアヴィア
ソアヴェ・クラシコ・モンテ・カルボナーレ
2007。

ドメーヌ・ラヴァネス
レ・グランヴィエール・ド・トーロウ　2000
誰かが「南仏のペトリュス」と言ったとか。
本当に？一体誰が？
でも、まあ！ボルドーみたい！
ねっとりしてて濃厚。

Today I was in charge of a wine
session. My turn comes around once
every six months. Therefore, I presented
the supreme wines.

Opening was with Krug Grande Cuvee.
The one of the best of top champagnes.

Then the astonishing Ridge Monte Bello 2000.
Today's world best red without doubt as young
red wines.

I spent two third of the budget for the above
2 kinds and four bottles.

They were followed by Pinot Noir from
Tasmania, Stefano Rubiana 2005, one of the
Australian best Pinot Noir wines.

From Soave Classico, Suavia Monte Carbonare 2007.
Very rare fine wine from the region.

Domaine Ravanes from Lung d'oc.
Les Granviere de Thourau 2000.
It is said that somebody called it
as Petrus in South France.
Really ? Who said so ?
In any cas, it's like a wine from Bordeaux
and very condensed and deep at noze and
on the palate.
