Newly released wines are introduced in the webshop
of Kusunoki Winery. As the other wines stay there
as they did, new ones can be found at the end of the
wine list. Some wines have limited number of bottles
available, so we are sorry if they sold early.

人気の地元産ラ・フランスを使った
ジャムが出来ました。

危うく伐られそうになっていた樹でしたが、
生食用とジャム用に使いたいからと伐るのを
待ってもらったものです。今年は方々から
需要が増えてよかったよかった。

一瓶630円です。

La France pear jam has just arrived.
It is now very popular everywhere.

The pear trees were almost cut down a few
years ago. I asked not to do so and tried to
use for jam and for table use. Now the owner
of the tree has regular customers and the trees
have survived.

Now it’s on sale Y630 per container.

東京から帰ってきてから
忙しくしていました。しばらくブログを

ピノ・ノワール　2008
北信州のピノ・ノワールの姿が見えて
きたような気がします。高い果実香に
芯の通った力強いボディ。溌溂として
若さあふれるそのキャラクターは、
2年ほどは寝かせたいと思わせます。
750ml 2,730円。
かなりお値打ちといえます。

パッサージュ・ルージュ2008
パッサージュとは「通り道」 の意味。
目指すスタイルのワインに到達するまでの
通り道にできたワイン。色調は淡いですが、香り高く、
また旨味にあふれる飲んで掛け値なしにおいしいワイン。
どんな料理にも合う、不思議なワイン。
750ｍｌ　1,980円。
がぶ飲みにもどうぞ。

Pinot Noir 2008
It implies the future figure of Pinot Noir
of Northern Shinshu. It has eminent fruit
aroma with very firm body. Its vigor and
youthfulness may require a few years of
maturation.
750ml and JPYen 2,730.- per bottle.
A great value.

Passage Rouge 2008
Passage means the pathway. It is the
wine happened to be made on the way
to the targeted style of wine. Despite of its
lighter color, it has gorgeous aroma and is
full of umani on the palate. It tastes really
good and can go along with any kind of food.
A wonder wine.
750ml JPYen 1,980.-
You can drink very easily.
