皆さん、明けましておめでとうございます。
2014年がやって参りました。ショップも今日から
オープンでした。今年も宜しくお願い致します。

お正月もワインが美味しい

除雪の為昨日から作業開始でしたが、
1日、3日と穏やかな年明けでした。

今年は、スパークリングワイン棟が出来ることも
あり、じっくりと落ち着いて葡萄栽培とワイン造りに
精進したいと思います。

素晴らしい眺望を背景に

また2月28日と3月1日には、須坂で北信州ワインフェア
が開催されます。須坂で楽しんで頂ければ幸です。

『毎日やっていることの何かを変えないと人生なんて
変らない。』…何かを変えてみよう。…昨年はちょっと
変えかかったんだけど。

Happy New Year to everyone !
The new year has just begun and we opened winery shop
from today.　Please let us hope to receive your continuous support to
our business as in last year.

Though I had to remove the snowfall yesterday, we have calm
and peaceful new year’s days.

With the new winery factory for sparkling wine, I will continue
to make efforts in vineyards and winery to make better wines.

We are going to have wine events on February 28 and March 1 here
in Suzaka. We hope everyone will enjoy them very much.

As somebody said like ‘ You’ll never change your life until you
change something you do daily. The secret of your success is
found in your daily routine.’, I will change something in my
daily routine….I remember to have tried to change something
in my daily life last year but in vain.

2013年が行こうとしています。
今年も色々ありました。それこそ喜怒哀楽に希望や
失望。とはいえ、来年のあれやこれやに思いを馳せて
いるところをみると、今年も良い年だったのだろうと
思います。何といっても、来年やることがたくさん
あるのですから。

こうして無事年を越えられるのも、今まで支えて頂いた
家族や多くの方々のおかげです。ありがとうございました。
そうして、来年も見捨てずに叱咤激励して頂ければ幸いです。

旧年中のご厚情に厚く感謝申し上げますとともに、
皆様のご健康とご多幸をお祈り申し上げます。

来年も、ワインを飲んでハッピーに行きましょう。

The year 2013 is going to go. As always, there were so many
things happened this year again. Sometimes happy, other times
angry, sorry or enjoyable. However, this year must have been
another good year because I am thinking so many things I want
to do next year now. Another year of full of projects based on what
happened this year!

Thanks to the love and supports from so many people, I have come
to this New Year Eve. I thank my family and the people
who have always backed me up. I cannot find out any other words
than thank you very much. I hope your continuous supports and
leading so that I will be able to follow the right path.

Thank you again for your warm friendship always rendered to me during
the year. I wish you and your family good health and a prosperous new
year!

もう大分押し詰まりましたが、ショップの
年末年始の営業のお知らせです。

年内…休まず営業しております。
年始…3日から営業いたします。

営業時間は午前10時～午後4時です。
冬季は午後4時までです。
皆様のおいでをお待ちしております。

足場が取れて新工場の姿が見えて
来ました。

We have been already at the end of the year.
Here is our schedule of our winery shop.

Open till December 31.
Close on The New Year’s Day and January 2.
Open January 3 and onwards.
Opening hour is from 10:00 till 16:00.
We close at 16:00 hours for winter season.
We look forward to your visit.

雪の中のワイナリー。
この3連休は雪かきでした。

We had to work out with the snow during last
three holidays in a row.

先日頂いたやしょうま。
本来食べる時期はあるのだが、これはクリスマスレクチャーの
後の懇親会でだされたもの。北信州の郷土料理になるのかな。

以前はそれほど手の込んだ絵柄は無かったのだが、
最近はこのように色んな絵柄があります。

小さい頃、ちょっと乾いたのを軽く焼いて砂糖醤油につけて
食べるのが好きでした。

I got a few pieces of Yashohma the other day.
We eat ones at a certain time of year but I got them at the
reception at the Christmas Lecture. It may be our own local
delights here in north of Shinshu region in Nagano prefecture.

The design of this kind of rice cake was rather simple before
but we can find such colorful and elaborated ones recently.

I used to eat a bit dried ones after lightly baked
with sugared soy sauce.
