銀座の文祥堂というところで
「東北復興支援　東日本ワイナリー
試飲即売会」という催しがあり、
参加することになりました。
6月11日です。

入場者は入場料1,000円で、試飲ワインを飲み放題
で、お気に入りを買うことができます。

売上から諸経費を引いた全額が日本赤十字社に
寄付されるということです。

東北を中心とした東日本のワイナリーが参加するようです。

11日は須坂でのイベントもあり、私は行かれないかも
知れませんが（行かれるかも知れません）、こういう
趣旨でもあるので参加することに致しました。

There will be a charity event at Bunshodo in Ginza
whereby wines from eastern Japan will be tasted
and sold on June 11.

The admission fee is 1,000 yen per person and the
wines can be tasted freely and the bottles can be
purchased.

The sales amount less expenses will be donated to
the Japan Red Cross for the people in Tohoku area.
Wineries from Tohoku area seem to be coming.

On that date, I have a commitment in Suzaka and
do not know if I can go to Tokyo or not now. But
I agree to the idea and decided to join the charity
event. Please come and join to help Tohoku by
enjoying good wines.

先週ワイン東京の前あたりから雨の中立て始めた
平棚。土曜日に何とかここまできました。

開墾の途中、バックホーのキャタピラが
切れてしまったが、農家仲間の助け船で
何とか定植までもう一息に。

Over head trellis is almost done now. We started
working on it just last week in the rain.

On the other hand, this land is almost complete
for planting vines now. The caterpillar of the
back hoe broke into two pieces while working
on the land but thanks to a help of a friend farmer,
I managed to come this
stage now.

朝一番の長野新幹線で上京し、
ワイン東京2011の会場へ。
10時開場時にはたくさんのお客さんが
並んでいました。

昨年よりも来場者数は多かったように
思います。午後5時迄人並みがほとんど切れません
でした。私も去年よりたくさんボトルを開けた様な
気がします。

直前のお知らせにもかかわらず、来場して顔を見せて
頂いた方々、ありがとうございました。

終了後大急ぎで都内のマスターソムリエM氏の
レストランでのディナーへ。喧騒から静寂へ。
36年前のワインを頂きました。

I went to Tokyo yesterday by first Nagano
Shinkansen bullet train to participate in the
Wine Tokyo 2011. There were many visitors queuing up
by 10:00am at the gate.

I thought there were many more visitors this year
than that of last year. I thought I opened up many
more bottles than in last year.

I thank you for the kind attendance of my customers
who showed up despite of very short notice.

After the wine show, I hurried up to a restaurant
run by Mr.M, Master Sommelier and enjoyed the
dinner with my relatives. From bustling time to
a quiet and enjoyable moment with good accompanies.
I had a bottle of wine of 36 years of age.

伝聞なので、万が一関係者にご迷惑を
掛けたらごめんなさい。

トップシャンパンハウスK社の社長（本社の？）が長野県の
某有名レストランを訪れた時に、偶々シェフの
手元にあった、楠ヴィニヤーズ　ピノ・ノワール2008
をお出ししたところ、「樹はまだ若いがとても良い出来だ」
と褒めてくださったとのこと。
素直に嬉しいことです。わざわざ伝えて下さったシェフ
と私の耳に入れてくださった方に感謝です。

明日のワイン東京2011にも少し持って行きます。

そうそう、りんごの花が満開です、雨の中。

As I did not hear directly from the people concerned, I have
to apologize first of all if it was not true or if it caused any
inconvenience.

The top management of the top Champagne House K in France
visited a very famous restaurant in Nagano. The chef served a glass
of red wine, Kusunoki Vineyards Pinot Noir 2008 that he happened to
have at that time. The guest said it was a good wine though the vines
were young.

It is a joyful surprise. I really appreciated the chef who served my wine
and all the way passed the message to me.

The wine is presented at Wine Tokyo 2011 tomorrow.

By the way, apples are in full bloom today in the rain.
