何十年も前に習った二つの言葉が思考の中に頭をもたげている。
畑、ワイナリー、ショップ、経営、葡萄のこと、ワインのこと、
事業のこと、このブログのこと等等、全ての局面で桎梏がある。
これを打破して次のステップに進む時に来ているのだと思う。
ここ数ヶ月少々苦しかったのは、その所為だろう。
新しい世界へ。それを描くのは、創るのは自分なのだから。
今、必要なこと。それはアウフヘーベン。

Here are two words that I learned tens of years ago coming
across in my thoughts for some time now. I have difficulties
in most of the aspects of every day life especially in vineyards,
winery, cellar door, management, grapes, wines, business,
this blog, and so on. I have come to think it time to make
break through and step forwards. That is because I have
felt struggling in many things for a few months.

To the new world that I can only imagine and realize.
What I need most now is “aufheben”.

昨日、本日と2日間出展してきました。
やはりワイン専門の試飲展示会とはかなり様子が
違っていましたが、全国の農業者・加工会社が商品の開発や
新規需要・販路開拓に様々な工夫と努力をしている様子が
よく分かりました。

こんな感じで飾りつけ。シンプルです。開場はのぼりが林立。

目立つのにはもうすこし工夫しないと。

それにしても東京も暑かった。

ゆりかもめから見えた満月。今月はブルームーンかな。

ところで、ページワンでのワイン会を9時からとお知らせしましたが、
午後8時からの間違いです。お詫びして訂正いたします。

I participated in the exhibition Agrifood Expo 2012 in Tokyo
yesterday and today. It was very much different from the
exhibition of wine like Wine Tokyo and there were fewer
professionals in wine as expected. However, I found many
keen farmers, processors and sellers of agricultural produces
who had done lots of efforts to develop new products, new market
and new customers.

The weather was very warm in Tokyo as the one here.

長い事故郷を離れていたので
いつの間にか豆腐には生姜だった。
が、そういえば須坂ではからしだったのだ。
という訳で最近はからしに醤油。
夏はこれだな。
餃子にもからしと酢が良く合います。

As I have been away from home for long
long time, I have got used to eat cold tofu with
ginger. But I used to eat it with mustard at home
which I have come to remember recently.
It goes very well with tofu especially in summer.

Mustard with vinegar is a good match with fried dumpling, too.
