咲きました。ピンクと白。
大きな花、鮮やかな紅ではありませんが、
可憐な花々です。

Roses at Kusunoki winery are flowering now.
They are not big or brilliant red but the
small pink and white flowers are very cute.

What a beautiful landscaping!

この週末大分畑の中に人が増えました。
房切りが始まりました。
うちも今日から。
こんな作業を満開後4日以内までに全ての
畑で終わらせないと。
この間、防除も何度か入ってきます。

We saw many people moving around in the vineyards
in our region. Bunch forming began at last.
We started the operation in our Kyoho vineyards
just today. It needs to be finished within four days of
full bloom. Sprayings need to be done during this
operation period, too.

雨がしっとりと降って
ワイナリーも柔らかく濡れた空気に
包まれました。トレリスのバラも
ピンク色の花から咲き始めました。

It rained softly today and the winery was
clothed with the tender and faintly wet air.
The roses at the entrance trellis started
opening the pink petals.

長野県ワイン協会の総会に出席しました。
県内のワイナリーの協会です。
初めての出席でしたが、同じ業界の方々に
お会いでき、話ができてとても有意義でした。

その後の懇親会。もちよりのワインで、色々と
勉強も出来ました。乾杯ももちろんワインで、
ビールやお酒も用意されましたが、いつまでも
開栓されないまま、こんな感じです。
さすがワイン協会。

I participated in the Nagano Wine Association Annual
General Meeting today for the first time. It was a fruitful
opportunity where I exchanged information and listened to
the others experience in winemaking and wine business.

At the reception after the Meeting, we tasted the wines from
many other wineries, too. The opening toast was by wine of course.
Beers and Sake were on the table, too but they were left unopened
until very last moment. Natural pride of Nagano Wine Association,
I guess.
