明け方東の空に薄い三日月が。

炎暑の午後。別天地の峰の原高原で見た
夏の雲。

ぼんやりしていると8月も猛スピードで
過ぎてゆく。草刈りが追いつかない。

Early morning spraying is a duty every morning
these days. When looked up at the sky at the dawn,
I was able to find a crescent there.

In the really warm afternoon, the air at Minenohara Kogen
highland is still cool and refreshing where I found the
summer cloud over the mountain.

August passes very quickly leaving me behind while I was
wondering what to do. I have to catch up with the weed growth
to mow them.

午後１時ころ突然の土砂降り。
ただ、空は明るく長野市方面は
青空が見える。用事があって市役所に
行ったが、道は乾いていて降る気配が
ない。市内の一部地域だけに降ったようだ。
まるでシンガポールのシャワー。

その後畑で見た、ピノ・ノワールのヴェレゾン
とソーヴィニオン・ブランの房。

We had a very heavy rain at around 1p,
in my area. But the sky was bright and the
blue sky was even seen in the direction of
Nagano city. When I drove to the City Hall,
the road was dry and it did not seem to start
raining at all. So it rained within very limited
area in the city. It was like the shower in
Singapore, a tropical city.

The photos show the veraison of Pinot Noir
and the bunch of Sauvignon Blanc today.

とても暑い日が続いている。
昨日、今朝と朝5時集合で
ジャガイモ掘りをしたが、メシメーの
つもりが、9時過ぎまでのハードワーク
となった。涼しいのは、日が出るまでの
ほんの少しだけであった。

そうそう、田んぼでは穂の出た稲がちらほらと
見えるようになった。

We have very hot weather for days now.
I joined potato harvest starting at 5am yesterday
and today. I thought we would be able to finish it
in a few hours before breakfast. But actually it took
more than four hours in the sunshine and it was a
very hard work out there in the open area.
It is usually cool enough early in the morning but
it was a bit cooling just for minutes before sunrise.

Oh by the way, I can find some ears of rice in our
rice paddy.

何ということは無い風景なのだけれど、
こうやって切り取るとちょっと見慣れない
風景になる。

山と林とりんご畑と田んぼで作業をする人。

そのりんご畑であぜの草刈をする人。

とんでもない田舎の風景に見えないこともない。

It is not special scene at all but when cut off
by camera, it becomes an extraordinary scene.

They seem to be such photos as taken in very
rual region.

という本がイカロス出版から出ました。
で、楠ヴィニヤーズも楠ワイナリーという
形でほんのちょっと、これだけですが
取り上げられました。

全国で148のワイナリーが取り上げられて
います。そんなにワイナリーがあるの、という
感じですが、全国で果実酒の醸造免許を持つ醸造場は
300弱のはずですので、これでもまだ半分!
そういえば山梨だけで80はあるそうだから。

A book so-called Let’s go to wineries in Japan 2011 has
been published by Ikaros Publishing. I am mentioned
in this book just a little as Kusunoki Winery. There are
148 wineries listed in the book. The number sounds so big
to most of the people. However, there are almost 300 licenses
have been issued in Japan for winemaking. Therefore the
number represents just the half of the total number. I hear
that there are about 80 wineries in only Yamanashi.
