為にプレスすると、ケーキになります。

ケーキといえば、クリスマスまで1月余り、
この季節にちなんだ、こんなかわいい
プレゼントを頂きました。

It is called cake. When the red wines is
pressed to separate wine from skin and seeds
after first fermentation, the cake is formed like this.
Cabernet Franc was pressed today.

Speaking of cake, I was given two nice
gifst for the festive season.

「楠わいなりー」、といっても「台頭する『日本ワイン』の可能性」
という特集の一部で扱われているだけなのですが、このたび同番組の
ホームページにアップされましたのでお知らせします。

Kusunoki Winery was on the World Business Satellite at TV Tokyo
the other day and you can watch it on the internet at any time.
We were introduced just a part of the program but you can see
our opening event and the vineyard and how I grow grapes, too.

今日は朝からの雨が上がったり,強く降ったりを
繰り返して、だんだん寒さも増して来た様な。
明日はもっと寒くなるようです。

一週間前の喧騒のオープニングが嘘のように
静かなワイナリー周辺。冬を間近に控えてひっそり
としています。

(ワイナリーから）

そんな中、昨日今日と三重県や愛知県、埼玉県や東京、
上越からももお客様が来て下さいました。試飲と買い物だけでなく、
もう少し楽しんで頂ける空間にしたいと思っています。

もちろん地元須坂や長野からのお客様もあって、なんと須坂駅から
収穫会をした畑経由で歩いて来ましたという方も。雨の
なかご苦労様でした。須坂へ来る楽しみが増えました、
という言葉をとても嬉しく思いました。畑も山もあり
景色が綺麗だねとも。

そうなんです。私の都会の友人達も「須坂っていいところ
だね」とか、「なんだか懐かしい感じがする」と言ってくれます。
パネルの写真を褒めてくださる方もいらっしゃいました。

少しずつ少しずつ形にしてゆきたいと思います。

ところで、どなたか女性物の傘をお忘れですが…。

It rained since morning with stopping sometime and
raining heavily the other time. It felt the temperature
got lower. It will be colder tomorrow.

It was very quiet around the winery and the animated
day of the opening just one week ago seemed just a mirage.
The town looked as if it had been preparing for the winter.

On such an weekend, customers visited us from Mie,
Aichi, Saitama, Tokyo, and so on. I wish to present them
more enjoyable atmosphere besides wine tasting and
shopping.

There were more local customers here. There was one
who visited us on foot all the way from Suzaka station
via my vineyard where we had harvest event. Thank you
for your walking through our town in the rain. I was very
glad to hear her saying she now had more fun to visit
Suzaka than before. She also mentioned that the scenery
was nice with farms and mountains with changing colors.

Oh yes, many of my friends mentioned, too that they
found it a very nice place or that they felt it an old good
place to them. Some said the photos in the cellar door
were nice.

I will make it a nicer place one by one.

By the way, somebody left a lady umbrella in the shop.
