一面白い世界。幻想的です。

昨夜は雪の舞う峰の原で
テレマークのスキースクールの
皆様向けにワイン会でした。

週末に駆けつけて来て、
ワインと美味しい食事、
今日は根子岳。

今頃皆さんぐっすりですね。

Minenohara is another world.
Everything is white around and
like a scene in a fantasy.

I hosted a wine tasting for the
telemark skiers at Minenohara
last night.

They came in Saturday, got lessons on
the slope, enjoyed wine tasting with
delicious food yesterday. They went into
Neko Dake mountain on the no trace slopes.

They must be in deep sleep now at 11pm
Sunday evening.

昨日は須坂グリーンツーリズムの新年会。
一人一品持ち寄りプラス鍋とワインでした。

グリーンツーリズムのイベントで出される
野菜たっぷりの田舎料理。料理屋さんの
料理ではないのですが、実質とっても豪華。

食べているだけで、幸せな気分になります。
体が喜んでいるのが分かります。
蕎麦がきも作って頂いて。

今年1年楽しいグリーンツーリズムが実現
しそうです。

We had a new year gathering of Suzaka Green Tourism.
Three kinds of original hot pots were prepared with a wide
variety of local cuisines – one brought one dish.

These are very similar as the dishes prepared for lunch at
our events. These local foods were not like those prepared at
restaurants but they really were really brilliant and delicious.

Once you eat some of them, you will feel happy and find
your body and soul really need them. Soba dumpling was
cooked and served, too.

It seems that we will have very fun Green Tourism events
this year.

暫く見たことが無いような勢いで
雪が降っています。
雪かきしても、湿った重い雪が積もって
ゆきます。

It’s snowing and you never come.
That is just phrase in an old chanson.
It’s snowing very heavily.

I have not seen such snowing for long time already.
Even after shoveling away the snow, set and heavy
snow goes on falling.

冬の朝は車のウィンドウに張り付いた
霜を溶かすところから始まります。

南側の山の頂から朝日がさしてくるのには
もう少し時間がかかるのです。

As a morning routine in winter , I have to melt the frost away
from the car window first.

It takes a little more time to get sun shine
from over the mountain ridge in the south.

シャルドネ2011の一部にテイントが出ました。
もしお手許のシャルドネ2011が曇って見えたり
澱の様なものが舞っていたら、品質が変っている
恐れがありますので、瓶の裏に記載の連絡先までお知ら
下さい。本来のクリアで問題ない美味しいワインと交換致します。
開栓しておかしいなと感じた方は、コルクをしてお申し出
下さい。万が一捨ててしまったという方も、お申出下さい
状況を伺って対応いたします。

写真では分かりづらいですが、左が雲って（濁って）います。

また、今回のような場合以外にも何らかの原因でワインの
品質が変ってしまうことがあります。もしお気づきの方は
ご遠慮なさらずにお申出下さい。

昨年も、何件かのお問い合わせを頂いたケースがあります。
あいにくショップでお買い求めの方の場合は住所が分からず
交換のワインを送れないでおります。メールを頂いて返信しても
PCからのメールを拒否設定しているのかメールが届かずに
クレームを頂いたままになったままのケースもあります。

代替品を送る等、対応をとらせて頂きますので品質に問題が
あった場合はお名前とご住所もあわせ教えてください。

Recently we have noticed there are some tainted Chardonnay 2011.
If your Chardonnay 2011 is hazy or you find something similar to
lees in the bottle, please let us know. The wine may be tainted and we
will change one to clear and good one. If you opened the bottle, please
close it with the cork and tell us. Even you have already throw it away,
please let us know. We will take action on it.

For some reasons, the wine change it quality, so please do not hesitate
to contact us if you felt something wrong.

Last year, we received a few calls or e-mails about the quality of our
wines. We offered to change to new ones but in some cases we did not
know the name or address, and in others our reply e-mails simply
did not reach due to the settings of the mobile or PC. We feel very sorry
we were not able to hear from them again in these cases.
