ワイナリーの庭でやります。

参加費無料、どなたでも参加して頂けます。
ソフトドリンクは用意致します。

食べ物、飲み物なくなり次第終了ですので
早い者勝ち。差し入れ大歓迎。

ワイナリー訪問予定のお客様はお昼ころ
おいで頂くとフリーランチが楽しめます。

BBQ will be held again at the winery.

We will have a free BBQ at around noon time of
May 5 as usual in the winery garden.

Free admission, anybody can join. Non alcohol beverages
will be served.

The BBQ will finish when food and beverages are over.
So first come first served basis. Bring your own food and
beverages and/or donation are mostly welcome.

If you plan to visit our winery this weekend, please come
at noon and get free lunch with us.

2011年の初仕込みの頃から
少しづつ仕込んできたスパークリング。
今日は2012年の秋に仕込んで瓶内二次発酵後
熟成させてきたワインをピュピットルに
移動しました。時間をかけて澱を瓶口に
集めます。こういう方法を伝統的製法とも呼びます。

I have made small quantity of sparkling wines
since the winery establishment in 2011. Today
I moved wines which had been bottled and fermented
In the bottle in 2012 to the ‘pupitres’, i.e.
A-board. They will be riddled over two to four weeks
there before degorgement.　It is called as Methode Traditionelle
or traditional method.

暖かい日が何日か続いたせいか
須坂の桜がいっせいに満開になり
街のそこかしこをポッと明るくしている。
テレビ局の中継も市内各所で行われている。
須坂温泉の桜も、山の北側にあっていつもは
臥竜公園の桜より遅く咲くのに、
今年は同時に今が満開。
かんだ山の遊歩道沿いの桜は、数年前まで
緑の山腹の中に桜があったっけか
という程度のものだったのが、今は
目を引くほどに咲き誇っている。
南側斜面できっと花芽も多いのだろうな。
そうそう大日方はじめ豊丘の桜も近年
とみに注目を集めている。
街が明るく陽気になったようだ。

Cherry blossoms in Suzaka burst into the full bloom
thanks to the recent warm weather and shine here and there
as if they were spot lights. Many TV stations are broadcasting
from every corner of the small town.
The sakura flowers around the Suzaka Onsen area which usually
in bloom after those in famous Garyu Koen Park are also in full bloom
this year. I was surprised at the Sakura blossoms by the walking path
at the Kanda Mountain which were still small and scattered a few years
ago are now big and eye catching when one turns the corner of the route
towards the mountain. They seem to have many more flower buds as they
on the south facing slope. Others sakura like at Obinata Kannondo in
Toyooka area have become known recently.
Thanks to these sakura blossoms, our small town has become brighter
these days.

コルクを打栓した後、コルクと瓶の隙間に
溝のようなものができてワインが漏れ出る現象が
多発。コルクのせいか、何のせいかわからず数日を
費やす。どうもコルクではなさそうという結論が出て
意を決してコルカーの分解。コルクを閉める
ジョーという部品の間にコルクの小片が挟まって
ジョーが開いたままコルクを圧縮しているため
コルクを傷つけているらしいことを発見。
一日がかりで何とか整備して、まともになった模様。

今日は問題なく瓶詰めできました。
久しぶりにリリース可能なリースリングを
瓶詰めできました。やさしい香りのリースリング
です。やれやれ。

We had trouble with corking as there was small bubbles
coming out from the corked bottle top. We could not tell
the cause and spent some days to find it out. Finally the cork was
not the problem therefore we came to judge there was something
wrong with the corking machine. I had no choice but disassemble
the corking machine. The result; a small piece of cork came to be
pinched between the two pieces of jaw which compress the cork and
small slit made resulted in cutting the surface of the cork in its
vertical direction. I spent one whole day to repair the machine.

Today we had smooth corking operation and bottled Riesling. The
Riesling with very tender aroma.
