新米のコシヒカリ。
田植えの一週間後から、チェーン除草を繰り返し行い
除草剤その他の農薬を一切使わずに栽培しました。
また、刈り取り後はざかけにより天日干し。
籾のまま保存。出荷前に精米してお送りします。

Koshihikari rice of this year.
One week after the rice planting, chain mowing
were repeated so that herbicides and other chemicals
were not used at all.

After the harvest, the rice were on the drying bars and
were naturally dried in open air. The rice is kept after
threshing and will be polished before shipping.

The rice is sticky and tastes great.

昨日中にシャルドネの収穫が終わったので
今日はかねてから声のかかっていた粉もんまつり
イン須坂に出店した。といっても、当初日程的に
参加できそうに無かったので免許の届出を
しておらず、酒類の販売ができなかったので
巨峰ジュースやら玉ドレなどを並べた。

やはりこういう時は、地物の新鮮なものに
人気があり、加工品類は今一。
それでも、少しは賑やかしになった
ようではあるし、こういうイベントの様子が
知れたので了としよう（こういう言い方を
政治家はよくするね）。

ナガノパープルの歌のひとっちゃんが
アイドル化していたのには驚いた。

As the harvest of chardonnay was over yesterday,
I participated in the Wheat Festival at Yukkuland
today. The schedule was tight and I though I would not
be able to join the event so I did not apply the
permit to sell alcoholic beverages. Therefore I only
sold juice, dressing and jams other than rice and vege.

At such an event, the local seasonal produces were most
popular and the processed food were difficult to sell.
However, as I had small sales and I filled the space, it
should be all right. I was also able to tell how such an
event go.

To my surprise, I found Hitocchan, the singer of Nagano Purple, became
an idol singer with young followers.

今日はいいお天気の中、シャルドネの
収穫会を行いました。今年の異常気象の
せいで大分病気が出てしまいましたが、
笠掛けや袋掛けをした房はピッカピカで
豊作。参加された皆様も楽しまれたの
ではないでしょうか。

須坂市グリーンツーリズム研究会の収穫ツアーに
参加された方々と、これで連続6回目のCKPRの皆様
ありがとうございました。

料理にもワインにも美味しいという声が聞こえ、
楽しかった、という嬉しい感想に私も大感激でした。
BBQ、おやき、きのこ汁、味噌漬けせんべい（にらせんべい
ならぬ）、等々、秋の一日を満喫できたでしょうか？

シャルドネ2010もきっと美味しいワインになりますよ。

We had chardonnay grape picking today in my
vineyard under the very fine weather. Although
we have many damaged bunches due to the
irregular weather during the growing season,
we still have many good bunches under parasol
or wrapping. The participants should have enjoyed
very much, I believe.

Thank you very much for your participation, the tour
members organized by Suzaka Green Trourism Study
Group and those of CKPR, a company from Tokyo who
have attended the harvest sixth time already.

I heard many voices enjoying the wines and the foods.
I was so glad to see the people enjoying the harvest
and the lunch. I hope they enjoyed such a beautiful autumnal
day a lot with us, BBQ, Oyaki, muchroom
soup, and many more local delights.

Chardonnay 2010 will be another good wine for sure.

なるものができたらしい。
明日「うまいもん祭り」で先着100名に
振舞われると。午前と午後計2回で合計
200人分。信州黄金シャモのミンチを
使った、100％須坂産のバーガー。
「うまい！」という評判が早くも
出ているそうな（試食会出席者）。
結構はやるかも。という私も
まだ食べてない。

明日は私のところでは収穫会ですので
残念ながら行けません。

There will be an official launch of
Suzaka Burger tomorrow at UMAIMON-MATSURI
,local delicatessen festa. The burger will be given away
for free to 100 people each time once in the morning
and another in the afternoon. It uses Shinshu Golden
Shamo Chicken minced meat and made 100% of local
products. It is said to be very good according to the one
who tasted it already. It may be a big hit ?
To tell the truth I have not tried it yet!

I will be having second harvest at one of my vineyards
tomorrow so I cannot go there.
