今年初めての収穫会でした。
遠くは広島、千葉、横浜からお出で頂きまして、
ありがとうございました。
天気も良くお楽しみ頂けたらよかったです。

セミヨンはお盆以降の連日の雨で糖度が
上がらない割には葡萄の痛みがひどくて、
今日収穫をしなければという状況でした。

それでも今週の好天に望みをかけて、一枝に一房残して
頂くという面倒なお願いにお付き合い頂き
ありがとうございました。

お昼は、きのこ汁、ダボス牧場の伊藤さん特製のBBQポークと
ソーセージに、蕎麦サラダ、煮物、おにぎり、おやき
と美味しいものが…。もちろんワインにジュースも。
天気が良くてよかったです。

贅沢にもダボス牧場のお肉でBBQ

The first grape harvest event this year began with Semillon.
Thank you for the guests having attended today. Among them,
some were from all the way from Hiroshima, Chiba, and Yokohama.
I hope every body enjoyed the even on such a wonderful sunny day.

The grape condition was not so good due to the too much rain after
Obon week. Therefore we had to start picking today before they
become worse.

We appreciated the patience of today’s guests because we asked to leave
one bunch per shoot by hoping the better sugar ripeness after this week’s
fine weather.

We enjoyed the lunch in the vineyard with local foods such as mushroom
soup, BBQ pork and sausage made by Mr.Ito of Davos cattle ranch,
Soba salade, veges, oyaki, etc. as well as wines and juice.
Thank God ! it was a very fine day.
