玉ドレとジャム2種ショップで販売始めました。

毎年好評を頂いている玉ドレ。塩屋さんの醤油と
須坂産玉ねぎを使った、味わい深いドレッシングです。
1個640円。

今年は、須坂市内に新規就農して有機野菜の栽培を
始めた若者二人、勝山めがね農園の勝山さんと
中沢農園を始めた中沢さんの、自然派系の
玉ねぎを使いました。醤油はいわずと知れた
地元須坂の塩屋さん謹製。

お客様から教えて頂いた使用方法は、
○　そのまま生野菜にかける→子供が野菜をもりもり食べる
のだそうです。
○　（肉）野菜炒めに→黒酢のせいでほんのり酢豚風の味わい。
○　鍋の取り汁として→ポン酢の替わりに使えます。
○　オリーブオイルと黒胡椒で→カルパッチョを作ります。
○　豆腐やシュウマイ、餃子にも→そのままどうぞ。

ジャム2種は
1.　楠わいなりー産カシスと長野市産カシスをブレンドした
　　カシスのジャム。 1個500円。
2.　杏の里千曲市の農家が作った杏ジャム。
　　1個640円。
いずれも、千曲市のクローブ工房にジャムにして頂きました。
クローブ工房は杏農家の北條さんのジャム工房です。

We have just released new items at the winery shop.
First one is Onion Dressing. It is always popular made
of local grown onions and soy sauce made by Sioya san.
JPY640.-

Onions were grown by two newly entrant farmers in
Suzaka, Mr. Katsuyama and Ms. Nakazawa, both
are trying to grow vegetables organically or more
naturally. Soy sauce is made by Sioya Miso Factory,
as known as Sioya-san in Suzaka.

Our customers have recommended Oinon Dressing
to use as follows;
1.Mix with fresh vegetables →　Kids love them!
2.Pour over wak fried pork and vegeatbles while stirring
→　it tastes like a bit of sweet and sour pork due to black vinegar
in the dressing,
3.Sauce for hot pot →　Just like citrus soy sauce for hot pot.
4.With Olive oil and black pepper →　You can make carpaccio with thinly sliced
fresh tuna or other seafood.
5.Use directly for tohu, gyoza dumpling, or shumai dumpling. →　Use as dipping sauce or pour over them.

Two kinds of Jam are;
1.Cassis Jam
Black currants grown by the estate and in Nagano are used.
JPY500.- per piece.
2.Apricot Jam
Grown and made to jam by an apricot farmer in Chikuma City.
JPY640.- per piece.
Both jams were made and bottled by Mr. Hojo who grows the apricot and
runs a small jam factory at home as Atelier Clove in Chikuma City.
