ある日の昼下がり、
プロヴァンサルなというか、メディティラネな
というか、そういう雰囲気紛々の粉もんランチ。
いえ、釜焼きピザランチにお呼ばれしました。
目黒からの客人が仕込んで1日寝かせて
運ばれたピザ生地はモチモチ。そこに、多様なトッピングに
自家製野菜のサラダや炒め物。

仕事があって、スパークリングワインを飲めないのは
残念でしたが、明るい太陽のもとたっぷり3時間かけたランチの
あとはお腹一杯でした。ご馳走様でした。ハッピーでしたね。

意外や意外のガーデンランチ。こんなことも
楽しめる須坂。

In the afternonn on a sunny day, I was invited to a lunch
in the garden with provincal or mediterannean
atmosphere. The pizza was cooked in the hand made
pizza stove. The pizza dough made in Tokyo and left whole night
for fermentation became very firm and fine texture after being
baked. Various ingredients topped on the dough were excellent with
garden grown vegetables.

It was a pity that I should miss my sparkling wine but every body
was happy after so much food especially after three hour long lunch.
Thank you very much for the wonderful lunch.

It was absolutely unexpected but was a garden lunch in Suzaka.
