新酒というか新しいワインをショップで販売
始めました。色々ありますが、今日ご紹介するのは
ペンギンのジャンプ　という名前のワインです。
写真はそのクリスマス・ヴァージョン。

須坂動物園を3度にわたり脱走した、超元気なペンギン
みたいに元気に行こうかと。現状から一歩前へ、今の
世界から新しい世界へ。恐れず、躊躇せず。

ブドウは、キャンベルアーリー。とても綺麗な色の
透き通った赤い色。ストロベリーの香りが特徴で、
まるでキャンディーを飲んでいるようです。
辛口、甘口、それに甘口微発泡の3種類。
甘口微発泡はショップのみの販売です。
軽快な口当たり。冷やしてカジュアルにお飲み下さい。

今後白ワインでも同じコンセプトのワインを出します。

Here comes the new wines just released at the cellar door.
Today, it’s Penguin’s Leap. The photo shows its Christmas
label.

Just like the hero penguin at the Suzaka Zoo which escaped three times,
we wish to be energetic and courageous. It is the symbol of the
attitude of ‘a step ahead from now’ or ‘to a new world from here’ without
hesitation.

The variety is Campbell Early. The color is brilliant crystal red with strawberry
aroma and candy palate. We have dry, semi-sweet, and very light sparkling (demi sec).
Very Light Sparkling is available only at the cellar door.
They are very light and smooth. Serve chilled.

We will release white wine with similar concept.
