ぽつりぽつりと、ショップでワインをリリース
し始めました。ウェブショップや会員の皆様への
ご紹介もそろそろです。来週あたり、もう少し
リリース予定。

とりあえず、シャルドネ・アンウデッド2012
今年のシャルドネをフレッシュ・フルーティに
仕上げました。パイナップルの香がします。

カベルネs/メルロー2011
昨年始めて自社で仕込んだ赤ワイン。
2011より先にリリースの運びとなりました。

かなりお得。ワイナリーへお出での際は
ランチをどうぞ。

I started releasing new wines at the cellar door
one by one. These wines will be introduced to the
members and at the web shop soon. Some more
wines will be on the list next week,too.

Newly introduced ones are;
Chardonnay Unwooded 2012 which is so called
nouveau wines made by the grapes harvested this
year. A fresh and fruity style with pineapple aroma, and

Cabenets/Merlot 2011 which is the first estate
grown and estate made red wine. 2011 vintage wine
is released before 2010 vintage.

This is one of the very reasonable lunch
menu at neighboring garden restaurant Sawarabi.
