投稿の詳細: 一周年　First Anniversary

いつの間にか1年が経ちました。
何人かの人から言われるまで実感がわきませんでしたが、
そういえば楠ワイナリーがオープンしてから
一周年でした。
お客様はじめご支援頂いた方々に感謝いたします。
本当にありがとうございました。

葡萄を作ってきて8年、多くの方々のご支援を頂いて
ワイナリーをオープンしたのが去年。そうして今年
9年目のシーズン、葡萄栽培からワイン醸造まで
何とか自社で出来るようになりました。

ある意味目標は達成したのですが、もちろん其処が
終着点ではありません。自社醸造のワインが評価
されるのはこれからですし。

今毎日仕込みに忙殺されています。一周年を祝うのは
もう少し先になりそうです。そんな中でこの頃感じるのは、
ワイナリーを造っていいワインを作ってという、いわば個人的
な事業で満足していてはいけないなという事です。

新しい地平が視界に開けてきました。ここからスタートして、
この地のワイン造りが産業になるように、雇用と活気を
生み出せる様な仕組みを構築してゆきたいという思いを
強くしています。

もちろん、今は美味しいワインを作ることに集中しています。
其処が全ての基盤です。

One year has passed while I was fighting with many things
every day. A few people reminded me of the first anniversary of
Kusunoki Winery which I still do not feel as real. I am so happy
to receive so much support from so many people. I thank you
very much from the bottom of my heart.

After eight years since I had started planting vines, I somehow
managed to establish a winery last year with so kind support
from many people. And in this ninth season, I did every thing
at our company from grape growing to winemaking.

In a sense I may have achieved my aim but it is
not the end of course. Especially in such a stage where
our wines are waiting to be evaluated.

I have been vey busy in making wines these days and
I need to put off celebrating first anniversary a few more
weeks to go. In such time, I have found out my mission
is not limited to achieve such a personal aim as to start
a small winery but to be a more socially responsible one.

I feel like seeing a new horizon. Starting from now, I
want make winemaking a new industry here producing
more employment and more vibrancy to local community.

Any way, I am concentrating making good wines now that
is the very base of everything for me.
