営業時間変更のお知らせです。
冬季間の11月1日より3月半ば頃まで
ショップの営業を午前10時から午後4時まで
とさせて頂きますので宜しくお願い申し上げます。

昨日長野のある喫茶店で見つけたうれしい
メニュー。巨峰ジュースのミルク割り、美味しいんです。

今年も大豆作りました。これは先日の
脱穀の様子です。来春味噌を仕込みます。

先週は、北信のワイナリーツアーを盛り上げ
北信への誘客を図ろうと、大都市圏のメディアの方たちに
収穫体験と街散策が企画されました。写真は
楠ワイナリーの畑で収穫体験をするメディアや
旅行代理店の関係者の方たち。

winter season (Nov. 1 to mid March).

I was glad to have found this menu at a coffee shop in Nagano
yesterday. Our Kyoho juice can go very well with milk.

We harvested soy beans last week. We will make miso
next Spring.

Last week, there was a media trip to my vineyard and winery
organized by Nagano Prefecture Government. It aims to get the
media and travel agents familiar with the potential local winery tour
in North of Shinshu. They should have enjoyed the rare experience
of rural excursion and strolling in our town.
