投稿の詳細: 今日早稲田大学で Today at Waseca University

早朝外から聞こえてくる防除の
音に、ああうちもやらなくちゃ、という
若干の後ろめたさを感じる季節が到来した。
それでも今日の用事が済めば明日からは
畑に集中だ、と自分に言い聞かせて家を出る
準備です。

今日は早稲田大学で講義です。なんていうと
聞こえは大分良いですが、そんな大それたことでは
ありません。早稲田大学が一般公開講座
として行っているコースのひとつにワイン講座
があって、そこでワイン造りに関する話を
少々と楠わいなりーのワインの試飲を
することになったのです。たまたまです。

今日が私の当番で、前後に日本各地の
ワインメーカーの方々がお話をされています。
でも大変名誉なことで、責任重大でもあります。
私を指名して頂いた事は大変ありがたいです。

ブドウ造りの話をしてきます。
すこしでも、この地に興味を持って頂ければ
いいな、そして来て頂ければいいなと思いつつ。

The sound of spraying in the vineyards and orchards
reached me early in the morning. I have to do that, too.
The spraying season have started already but I cannot
do that today. I have to go to do something else outside
of my farm land. At the same time, I tell to myself to
concentrate in the grapegrowing from tomorrow after
I will have finished today’s business.

I will delver a lecture at Wasaeda University
today. That sounds terrific but as a matter of fact
it is not such a big thing. I was given a chance to
talk about grapegrowing and winemaking in Suzaka
at Waseda in its one of the open classes for public
which is held on Sundays periodically.

I happen to become a lecturer today but many other
winemakers throughout Japan have done it for
several time already. Any how, it is a great honor
and a great task indeed. Thank you very much for
choosing me as a lecturer at such a prestigeious
occasion.

I hope that the audiences will be interested in our region
and our wines and that they will eventually visit us.
