投稿の詳細: ワイン会　Wine tasting session

昨夜、市内のバー「ページ・ワン」 にて
私のワイン会が開かれた。定員をオーバーするほどの
参加者の方々に来て頂きありがとうございます。
また、ご注文なども頂き感謝いたします。

ワインは概ね好評でした。マスターからは
「またやりましょう」。お客さん方からは
「期待していたより美味しかった」、
「このシャルドネおいしー！」、
「こんなワイン（セミヨン/ソーヴィニオン・ブラン）
初めて飲みました」とか、好意的なコメントありがとう
ございます。

もっともっと美味しいワインを作って皆さんに喜んで
もらいたいな～、という気持ちになりますね。

My wine session was held at ‘Page One’ bar last night.
I was so happy to have received so many people to taste
my wines. I thank you very much again for your orders,too.

The wines seemed to be accepted favorably by the attendance.
The bar master told me to have such wine session every year.
Guest told me ‘The wines are better than I expected.’,
‘I love this Chardonnay!’, ‘ I have never tasted a wine of
such style (Semillon Sauvignon Blanc)’,etc.

At these comments, I think to my self that I have to make
much better wines from now on.
