今年は葡萄の生育が遅い。
巨峰は5日ほどは遅い。
ワイン葡萄はさらに遅れているように
思える。いつも、こんな弱々しい新梢で
大丈夫かなあと思うのだが、ところが
もうしばらくすると手に負えないくらい
の状態になる。心配無用なんだな。

今日のピノとシャルドネ。
標高がピノの方が250メートルほど
高いのでその分さらに遅いように
思える。

Growth of the vine is behind normal year.
It seems that Kyoho growth is delayed by
5 days. The wine grape growth is delayed
more than that.

Such thin and fragile shoots always make me
worry about the sound growth and the sound
harvest. They look so weak now. However, soon
they will start growing vigorously and the management
will become very difficult. So, however they look like
now, it’s always no worries.

They are today’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Pinot Noir vineyard is higher in altitude by 250m
so the growth looks further delayed.
