今日は一日中冷たい雨が降っていた。
冷たいといっても、雪に変わるほど
ではなく、誰かさんの涙雨かな。

長野市にあるいわゆる有機カフェ
見たいなところでランチ。コンセプト
は有機にアジア風というところ？
私はタイのグリーンカレーを頂く。
なぜか大根がごろごろ。ほかのメニュー
も大根が盛りだくさん。

きっと素材の味を楽しんでもらおう
ということで、大きく、たくさん
提供されているのだろうな。いちいち料理の
説明をしてくれるので、きっと
この人は一日に二百回くらいは
「オーガニック」と言う言葉を
発しているような。
「…オーガニックのほうれん草に…、
オーガニックの何とかを炒りまして…」
などなど。

ホームページではとても綺麗な
このカフェ。実は倉庫を改装して
使っている。な～るほどね。少々寒いけど
こういう使い方もあるんだな～。
ワイナリーもプレハブの倉庫を改装
した程度のものでも出来そうだな、
等と思ったり。
ま、そうは行かないかな。

雨だったのでワイナリーの賛同者
集めに一軒、二軒としている
うちに時間が過ぎてゆく。
畑が益々遠くなる。

We had cold rain whole day today.
It was cold but not enough to
change into snow. Maybe somebody was
crying somewhere and the rain followed.

I had a lunch at a kind of organic cafe
in Nagano city. Its concept may be organic
and Asian. I had Thai green curry with
big pieces of horse radish. Horse radish
was used for other dishes, too. They might
serve veges in a big chunk so that the customers
would enjoy the taste of vege itself.
As the ladies working there explained
each dishes to everybody, she must used
word 'organic' at least 200 times a day.
'It is ...with organic spinaches...'
or 'It is roasted ... organicly grown...' etc.

The website of this cafe looks very nice but
the shop used be a warehouse and was renovated
into kitchen, cafe, event space, etc.,
My winery can be renovated warehouse.
But it is not easy that way.

As it rained, I visited a few friends
of mine hoping that they would collaborate
with me in winery making. Times flied
so fast that way and the vineyard operation
was put off again.
