投稿の詳細: 東へ西へ　To the east and the west

今日は朝から
東へ西へと飛び回っていた
ような気がします。その間携帯も
掛けっぱなしで、バッテリーも
なくなりました。忙しかったのは
ワイナリー設立準備に関するミーティングで
右往左往していたからで、
何とかやっとそういう局面
になってきたという感じですね。

午後親しくしているA氏から「おーい、飲まねか？」
という電話を頂き、私も話があったので
夜奥さんも一緒に
須坂で最近できた「和蔵」というワインバーに
3人で食事に行きました。そうしたら、
OワイナリーのSさんもご友人とおいでになり、その上
近所のＵ酒舗さんご夫妻も姿を見せ
いかにもな雰囲気が奇妙でした。

2次会の後帰ってから最近瓶詰めした（というか、
してもらたった）シャルドネ2008を試飲。
2007の特異な香りは無いのですが、とっても
個性的なことに変わりはなく、これは何のワイン？
という雰囲気です。これから瓶熟して
かなり変わってくると思いますが、なんというか
いたずら坊主が押さえつけられている感じ、
という風変わりなもの、ある種パワーを感じます。
一口目、「う、これはいかん。でも許せる。」
二口目、「ちょっと何が強いんかなー。」
三口目、「うまいんじゃない～」と、これは
飲みすぎのせい?
この際シャルドネという
先入観は捨てた方が良さそうだな、と
思い始めましたね。さあ、なんとしよう。

I was visiting here and there and
meeting these people and those people.
What's more, my mobile phone kept
ringing or calling on the subject of
establishing winery. I don't mean
everything was fruiful but at lease I
feel the project has got started .

I got a call from a friend of mine asking
if I was ale to go out for a drink. We finally
went out together with his wife to the
wine bar recently opened named 'Wakura'.
I happened to find cutomers including
Mr. Soga of Obuse winery with his friends.
The wine bar is called Wakura and
serves food at night. Tonight, including
Mr.and Mrs. Urano,we had a funny feeling
overthere.

After second session after Wakura
restaurant, I tried my chardonnay 2008
after returning to Thailand.
In any case, I dont find any simlar
distinctive aroma of the winery.
It is very unique and funny wine.
I bellieve that the quality would
improve in the bottles anyhow.

Frankly,
At first sip, something is so far but it is within
my allowance.
Secong sip, I just wondere what the cause is for such
strength. Thirs sip gave me the best quality tonight.
At third sip, it doese taste good ideed.Thank you.

I thought it wouls be safe to erase the image of Chardonnay
as something eles because I have not konw any
wine which was simlar to chardonnay introduce widely.
I should have given up a stereotype answer towards
this chardonnay 2008. It is very special wine.
Oh is it so?
