投稿の詳細: 仕立て方法　Vine Training System

先日のブログで
ダブルカーテンとは？という
コメントがあり、栽培家でないと
わかりにくいと思いますので
絵を載せます。

皆さんが良く見る仕立て方法は
こういう格好で、枝（新梢）は上に向かって
仕立てられます。これを垂直仕立て
VSP　Vertical Shoot Positioning
といいます。

色々な仕立て方のなかで、
新梢を下向きにする方法が
あります。その一つに
GDC Geneva Doule Curtain
というものがあります。

今回の「ダブルカーテン」は
その変形で、新梢を初めから
下向きに仕立てるのですが、
横から見るとカーテンみたいです。
樹の形は上からみると
Hの形をしています。
こんな感じ。わかりますかね。

ちなみに私は新梢を上向きと
下向きにする、スマート・ダイソン
という仕立て方をちょっと変えた
独自の方法を取っています。

日本そして須坂の気候や土地に
合った仕立て方は何かと考えて
採用した方法です。

葡萄の植生を考え、高品質の葡萄造り
のために色々と工夫している訳です。

Double Curtain I mentioned
the other day here. It is a bit
difficult to understand for
the people who are not viticulturists.
So I show you a few drawings.

This is the most commonly sighted
training syste which is so called
VSP. New shoots are trained upwards.

There are many training system and
GDC is one of them and it is to
train new shoots downwards.

Double Curtain I mentioned is a
variation of GDC where new shoots
are trained downwards from the beginning.
The whole vine looks like H from the bird's
eys.

My training system is a variation of
so called Smart Dyson where new shoots
are trained upwards and downwards
from the same branch. I deceide to
employ this method to meet local
weather and soil conditions as well
as grapevine physiology.

All are for the better quality grapes
for better quality wines.
