Wine Party in Matsumoto

先ほど松本から帰宅。
2週間前の長野市でのワインパーティ
に比べてやや盛り上がりに欠けたような。
参加人数も長野の300人に対して200人くらい
とか。日付が変わって、もうボージョレ・ヌーヴォーが
解禁されているから、そっちへまわったのか。はたまた
今日夜のパーティに備えた方が多かったのかな。

パーティの後ソムリエの方々とも話していて感じたのだが、
私のワインはまだまだですね。お褒めの言葉は頂いても
自信の作はといわれると考えてしまいます。確かにあるレベル
には行っているものもある。美味しいとも言われる。
でも、まだまだなんだよな～。

また畑からやり直しです。

I returned home a little time agao.
Comparing with the one in Nagano two
weeks ago, I found it a bit quieter.
I heard the participants were around 200
while that in Nagano was 300. Partially
because of Beaujolais Nouveau which is due
to be released on third Thursday in November
which is actually today. So many people should
have saved money for the party of BN.

I chatted with some sommelier(e)s after
the party and felt that even though I received
some good comments on my wines, the qulaity of
my wines is far from self-satisfaction. I think
they reached certain level but I have to say there
are more room to reach own satisfaction.

I have to start again in my vineyards!
