地元日滝原は昔からりんごの
美味しいところ。そこで栽培された
おいしい「ふじ」（サンふじです）
をお届けします。

いわゆる「ハネダシ」で、訳ありとも
呼ばれています。直販では贈答用の
ピカピカのりんごとは区別して
家庭用という物がありますが、ランク的には
それより一つ下です。但し、ジャムやジュース
になる加工用よりは上のクラスです。
腐れ等の生傷はありません。もちろん
落果したものではありません。

10キロ入りバラで送料込み3,300円です。
（北海道や沖縄など、長野から遠目の
地域についてはご相談下さい）。

ちなみに私がりんごジュースにするのは
このクラスのりんごです。ですから
そこら辺のりんごジュースとは
味が違います。

ハネダシについて少々く説明すると、
○　味は変わりません。
○「つる割れ」と呼ばれる
ヘタのところ（えんざといいますが）の割れが
やや長めのものがあります（家庭用では約1センチ位
まで）。
○　採り傷（りんごを枝から取る際に
枝のとがっている部分に当って小さな穴が
あくことがある＝良く見ないとわかりませんが）の
あるものがあります。
○　変形果があります（受粉が万遍なく
行われなかったことが原因で丸くならない果実）。
という当りが訳ありと呼ばれる特徴ですが、
家で食べる分には全然問題ありません。
お送りする箱も新品であったりなかったり
ですが、味のみで勝負のりんごと
お考え下さい。

Hitaki-hara has been famous for
fruit growing area for long time
and its apple is reputated for
its quality. Fuji from Hitaki-hara
is now on sale.

I only sell so-called out of standard
apples from the local growers. There are
such upper class as gift and standard class,
and lower process class for jam, can and
juice. The apples of out-of-standard class
taste same as upper class but do not
have such damages as cut, rotten, crush,
etc.

The cost is 3,000 yen per 10kg box including
transport (please ask for distance area like
Hokkaido, Okinawa or islands).

I used apples of this class for my apple juice.
That is why may apple juice is so tasty and
taste better than other apple juice.

More detailed informatio about out-of-standard
class apples are;

a) They taste same as gift class ones.
b) They may have natural cut at the stem
as the physiological phenomenon.
c) They may have minute cut or whole which
are caused when the apples are removed from
the brances.
d) They may not be round due to the uneven
pollenation at flowering.

As such, they don't look perfect but taste
same as better looking ones. The apples
may be sent in a second hand box.
They are good for eating but just not for
show window.
