投稿の詳細: 今年の巨峰　Great kyoho.

今年の巨峰も美味しいですね。
大分色づきと熟期の遅れを心配
していたのですが、収穫を
2週間遅らせて、この間の好天で
とても美味しくなっていて
その点はひとまず安心。

ただ、軸の見栄えがイマイチ
なんです。どうもこれはスリップス
という害虫による被害の様です。

長野県の防除暦では一シーズン中に
6回計7種類の殺虫剤を使うことになって
います（多様な害虫向け）が、
私の葡萄畑では今年はついに
殺虫剤は1回も使わなかったのです。
どんな影響が出るのか出ないのかと
思いつつ、被害が出ているのを目にして
は使いたい誘惑を何とか抑えて
きたのでした。でも、やはりこういうことが
起こってしまいました。

というわけで、軸がスキッと
綺麗な緑色というわけには行きませんが、
こういう事情だということにご理解頂け
ればありがたいです。
味は絶品です！

でもやっぱり、
「葡萄は綺麗な方がいいですか？」
と聞いてみたいような、そうでないような。

Kyoho this year tastes very good
again. I was anxious about the
slow color change and delayed
ripening but it finally tastes
very good and I am relieved.

But the stem does not look good.
It may be caused by the pest called
thrips.

According to the prefectural spray
schedule, grapegrowers are encouraged
to spray 7 kinds of pesticides by 6 sprays
per one growing season. But I did not
use even once at all this year. I was
wondering about the result of this
non spray of pesticide and was sometimes
about to use one but I finally managed
the temptation. It was not easy when I saw
some leaves were damaged by mites, etc.
I thought I was successful in non pesticides
growing but the outcome was different.

That is why the stem of my kyoho grapes
does not loog good. I hope your comprehension
on my trial. It tastes terrific, though!

However, I wish to ask 'Do you prefer
good looking grapes when you eat one?'
Or, I may not want to ask such.
