今日今までのワインと
今年瓶詰めしたワインを一通り
テイスティングしてみた。

2006 巨峰辛口
2006 メルロー
2007　ヴィオニエ
2007　シャルドネ
2007　シラーズ
2007　カベルネ/メルロー

最近瓶詰めしたばかりの
シラーズとカベルネ/メルローは、
別格というか、既にかなり美味しい。
これは来年以降のリリースと
なるのだが、本当に楽しみだ。

それ以外の変化には少々
おどろいている。
2006巨峰辛口は以前よりも
香りが強く、色・飲み口とも
かなり濃くなっている。
甘くはないが濃縮した
葡萄を飲んでいるような。

メルローの変化は大きい。
完熟したイチジク
の様な、果物を煮込んだような
香りが出てきて、
フレッシュさばかりが
目だった1年から半年前の
スタイルとは全く
異なった熟成した
ワインになっている。
残念ながらあと100本を切って
しまった。

また、2007シャルドネは
今日あけたものと1週間前に
開けたものとかなり香りが
変わってきている。
全体的に2006と似た感じ
で、より濃い印象だ。

ヴィオニエも、そろそろリリース
できる状態になって来ている。
これはこれからどう変化
するのやら。

それにしてもワインにはいつもながら
一喜一憂させられる。

I tasted many of my wines today.
They are,
2006 Kyoho dry
2006 Merlot
2007 Viognier
2007 Shiraz
2007 Cabernets/Merlot.

I found Shiraz and Cabernets/Merlot
were very good even though they had been
bottled recently. I really look forward
to the release of these wines next year.

Then by putting aside these two wine,
I was excited at the changes in other
wines.

The aroma, colour and the taste
of 2006 Kyoho dry have been
intensified. Drinking this wine
is as if drinking the concentrated
grape juice but not sweet juice.

The change in Merlot 2006 is great.
The aroma is like a stweed fruit like
ripe fig. Freshness was the all about
this wine six months to one year ago
but now it has turned to be a matured
wine. I have only less than 100 bottles
left. If you still have one, you will be
lucky!

2007 Chardonnay has been changing evey week
these days. The aroma is very much different
today than that of last wee. Whole style now
resembles to 2006 vintage with more concentrated
impression.

I found Vioginer 2007 just fine.
This wine now can be released.
I wonder how it will change further.

Any how, I feel excited one time
and sad another time with
wines.
