市内のNPO法人
『エコライフネットワーク』
が、遊休荒廃農地を借り入れて
菜の花を栽培して、機械的に搾油
した本物の美味しい菜種油です。
1本1,000円ですが、これでも
原価割れしています。

無農薬栽培（認証を受けていない
のでこれを謳う事は出来ませんが）の
菜の花を、ヘキサンなど使わずに
機械的に搾油したもので、破格の値段です。
須坂の美味しい、安全なものを

デザインはワインやジュースの
ラベルデザインをお願いした阿部
さんです。入れ物もおしゃれに
なりました。

『エコライフネットワーク』は
廃食用油を回収し軽油の代わりに
自動車の燃料として使える
バイオディーゼル油も作っており、
私も自分の農業機械に使っています。

This is real coleseed oil made and
sold by an NPO enterprise Ecolife Network
in Japan. They grow the plant on the abandaned
farm and press the seeds mechanically to make
food oil. One bottle is sold at JPYen 1,000.-
which is below the cost!

They plant was grown without chemical
spraying (it is really chemical free)
and the oil making does not employ
chemicals, etiher. In mass production
of food oil, Hexan an extraction agent
is usually used but not for this oil.

We at Kusunoki Vineyards wish to
cooperetae with them to introduce
local safe and good produce.

The bottle design was made by Ms. Abe
who also made our wine labels. The bottle
is prettier, too.

Diesel, made by the recycled food oil
which I use for my agricultural vehicle.
