今年最後のワイン葡萄の
収穫会、一昨日
無事終了しました。

TMNスキースクール関係の
皆様、SNS関係の皆様、
3Sワールドワイド関係の皆様、
就業支援センター関係の皆様、
グリーンツーリズム研究会関係
の皆様、料理をご用意いただいた
方々、そのほか色々とお手伝い
頂いた方々、ありがとうございました。
今回は遠くは兵庫県からの
参加も方々や東京方面から
日帰り参加の方々も何人か
おり、大変お疲れ様でした。

おかげさまで、
カベルネ・フラン約700キロ、
カベルネ・ソーヴィニオン約900キロ
を無事収穫することができました。
大分葡萄の状況もよく、今後
できてくるワインも楽しみです。
発酵と樽熟成等を経て再来年には
リリース予定です。

天気は一日中どんよりとした
曇り空でしたが、熱くも無く
寒くも無く、ちょうどよかったかも
知れませんね。キノコ汁を
友人から差し入れてもらったりして
秋の一日、仕事を楽しんでもらったら
よかったと思っています。

毎年、天候やら病虫害等にできが
左右される葡萄つくりですが、樹も
年々充実してきて、それにつれて
果実も充実してきて楽しみです。

winegrape at Kusunoki vineyards completed
the day before yesterday.

I thank you very much for your
participation in this event;

special thanks to those who
prepared the delicious dishes
and helped me out in the vineyard.

To those who joined from Kobe and
from Tokyo who returned on the
harvest day, I hope you returned home
safe and relaxed after the labour.

We picked around 700kg of Cabernet
Franc and around 900kg of Cabernet
Sauvignon. The grape condition is good
and it makes me expect great vintage for
these varieties. The wines will be
fermented and matured in barrels and
released after two years.

Though it was cloudy whole day but it was
not too warm or too cold and it was just
nice for such work outside. I hope you
enjoyed natural mashroom soup prepared
by my friend's family. I really hope that you
enjoy the day.

Grapegrowing is always full of worries
wiht the weather, disease and pests but
every year the vines grow strong and
have better fruit. So I am happy to
have great harvest like this. I am
very hopeful for the seasons in next
year and in the future.
