突然のお願いにも関わらず
峰の原から収穫の助っ人においで
下さった方々感謝致します。

一美さん、望月さん、由美さん、
湊さんご夫婦とご両親、グレッグさん。
あとバイトのタカミーにチハル君。

おかげさまで、ピノノワールの収穫が
大分進みました。思ったより（また！）
葡萄の状態がよくなくて、房整理に
時間がかかった割には予想より進みました。
油断はできませんが、明日は
確実に終了しそうです。

糖度、酸の味具合、種の色
からすると、いずれも完熟とは
行きませんが、もう限界でした。
キレイな部分だけとったのでワインは
良いものができそうです。

Despite of my sudden request,
people from Minenohara
helped me a lot today.
Thank you Kazumi san, Mochizuki san,
Yumi san, Minato sans and their
parents, and Takami and Chiharu
as well.

Thanks to your endevour, the harvest of
Pinot Noir has nearly finished today.
The operation required sophisticated removal
of damaged berries but they did good
very good. We have three rows to go tomorrow which
we may be able to finish within tomorrow without
doubt.

Even though the sugar level, acid level and
seed colour indicate that the fruit has not
reached full ripeness, today was the last timing
to start harvest. Only clean part was collected
so that we may have good wine out of these grapes.
