今日ヴィオニエを収穫してワイナリーへ
持ち込む。今年は400キロほど収穫できた。
あの特徴ある香りが出て欲しい。

明日急遽ピノノワールの収穫を
することに決定して、あちこちに電話して
お手伝いをお願いする。
比較的葡萄の状態が良いのだが、
今までの予定だと収穫は1週間先になる。
そうなるとかなり苦しそうなのだ。
気温が下がっているとはいえ
痛んでいる房も少ない訳ではないので、
今週末が限界と判断した。

今週末はシャルドネの収穫会。
そこで、今週中にシャルドネを収穫して
週末はピノの収穫会とする可能性も
あったが、今週中に
やってしまうことにした。
ワイナリーが受け入れてくれる事も
確認して、go ahead!

I bring Viongier which was harvested
yesterday and today to the winery today.

I decided the harvest of Pinot Noir to be

them withing this week.

The harvest event of Chardonnay is scheduled
on the weekend. Under the current situation,
the harvest event can be of Pinot Noir instead
of Chardonnay. In this case, I need harvest
Chardonnay this week and will have a harvest
event of Pinot Noir on the weekend. But
in any case, I have decided to pick Pinot
Noir first. I confirmed that the winery can
accpet Pinot Noir on Friday. So, let's go
for the Pinot first.
