今日は出労といって
JAぶどうセンターへの出勤日です。
当番で働くことになっているのです。

ご覧のように体育館の様な集出荷センター
には毎日葡萄が出荷されます。色々な
形態の出荷方法により箱詰めされて
葡萄農家から持ち込まれます。
ここで、1箱1箱に点数がつけられて
各市場向けに割り振られるのです。
点数により売上代金に差がつけられる
のです。

出労の作業は、この箱のほぼ全てを1点1点
ローラーの台に載せて、検査・記録そして
仕分けの係りまで通過させる作業です。

今日は出荷のピークの時期なので
沢山出荷されているように見えますが
色づきが遅いため、それほどの
数量ではないような気がします。

Today is my turn of working at JA Grape
Center for the shipping of delivered grapes.

As shown here, grapes are delivered by
grape growers everyday to the JA Grape Centre.
The grapes are packed in predetermined packages.
Each package usually contains 10 to 15 packs of
grape are inspected and points are recorded
for each pack. The points will determine the
amount of sales price of each box. Higher point
is allocated to higher amount.

Our work here is to bring each box to the
trailer belt and push through inspection/
recording area to the pallet.

As it is almost the peak time of the shipping,
many packs seemed to be delivered. Howerver, as
the grapes are not dark enough, the amount of box
are not so many as the peak time of last year.
