袋掛けをした巨峰畑。
こうしてみるとなかなか
趣というか、感慨がありますね～。
今年は房型がよくないのが多いですね。
問題は味なんですが。

そうそう、先日友人が
知人から送られたといって
ジャックフルーツの花の写真
を送ってくれました。

ジャックフルーツは
赤い野球の球ほどの、
ランタンの様な形で
ウロコのような皮がついてます。
中身は白い果肉に小さい黒い種
が黒胡椒をまぶしたように
散らばっています。

シンガポールにいた頃
良く食べましたが
花を見た事はありませんでした。
何か、チーズのような匂いが
してきそうな花ですね。

It's been done somehow.
The bunch shape is not so good
as last year even though the
important thing is the taste.

By the way, one of my friends sent
me some photos of jack fruit.

Jack fruit is the size of baseball in
lantern shape with red peels like
a scale. The fruit is white with scattered
black seeds like black pepper.

I used to eat from time to time
as fruit or as juice when I lived in
Singapore. It is the first time to see
the flower. I looks as if it smelled
like a cheese.
