午前中は雨。
午後も降るのかと思ったが
お昼前に雨が上がって、
摘粒の続きをした。

摘粒の前には、
先日摘芯をしていて
メルローのごく一部に
べト病の兆しがあったので、
急遽全てのワイン葡萄の畑を
見回った。

オイルスポットと呼ばれる
その兆しは他の畑では見当たらず
に一安心。とはいえ、大分
湿度が高いのでできるだけ
早くボルドーを散布したいと
思っている。

ただ新梢が大分伸びて
トレリスの上から覆いかぶさって
来ているのでまず摘心をする
必要がある。

明日は巨峰の園地点検で、
それが終われば袋掛けと
笠掛けがあるし、
大忙しだ。草刈もある。
連休明けはもう少し人手を集めよう。

It rained this morning. I wonder
it would continue in the afternoon
but it cleared up before noon.
I've got to continue berry thinning.

Befoe berry thinning, I went to see
around all the wine grape vineyards
to check downy mildew because I found
the oil spot on Merlot leaves
the other day.

The symptoms called oil spot
was not found in other vineyards which
made me relieved but I want to spray bordeaux
liquid as soon as possible. However, the
new shoots sprawl and hang downwards from the
trellis which make the spray inefficient.
I need to trim the long shoots before spraying.

Tomorrow I will have kyoho vineyards checks.
After successful checks, I need wrap bunches
and put parasols.Mowing is needed, too.
After the long weekend,
three day offs in a row, I will call for more
help.
