投稿の詳細: ワインが変わり始めた　Changing wine

先月瓶詰めしたシャルドネ。
今日久しぶりに試飲してみた。

瓶熟が進んでいるようで、
香りも味も一ヶ月前の瓶詰め時とは
全く変わって来ている。
あの時のワインではない。
かなり驚き。
全体の印象としては、良い方向へ
変わってきているようだ。
おそらく今、状態としては
放物線のくだりから
底に近い状態だろうか。

リリースは9月予定だが、おそらく12月
位からが飲み頃だろう。
これからかなり変わって
行きそうな予感。
楽しみだ。

I tasted Chrdonnay 2007 today
after almost one month.

It seems that bottle maturation
is underway. The aroma and the palate
are totally different from those
at the time of bottling.
It's a different wine.
Such a surprise!

As a whole, I assume the maturation
is in the better direction. Current
wine condition is at the down slope
or near the bottom of the parabola curve.

The release is in September this year
but the good time to drink may be
from December. It wil be changing
further. I look forward to the
better change a lot.
