ミャンマーのサイクロン、四川省の大地震
その前のチベット暴動、オリンピック聖火
問題。アフリカでは旅客機墜落
必ずしも自然災害だけではないが、
世の中大変な問題だらけで、そういう
ニュースを前にして、日常の些細な
事についてのんびり書き事などして
いて良いのかと思ったりする。

とはいえ、此方も毎日の生活を
中断するわけにもゆかないし、それらに
対して対処するのはそれぞれの政府の責任だ。
ただ、肝心の政府が被災者のために有効に
機能していない様にみえるのが痛ましい。

NHKや赤十字だけでなく、近所の
コンビニにも四川省大地震の義援金
の募金箱が置かれたりしている。
それはそれで、募金しようという気には
なるのだが、それにしても、と考えてしまう。

南シナ海での一方的
ガス田開発や、釣魚島問題への対応、
重慶での反日暴動の放置、
それの下地となった反日教育、暴動
の原因は日本にあるとする中国政府
の発言、傍若無人とも思える
聖火リレーでの動因と応援、開発途上
であるからODAは当然の事だと言いながら
の宇宙（軍事）開発、一説に3000万人
といわれる富裕層の存在,
緊急救援隊派遣の受け入れ拒否,
農薬ギョーザ事件への対応,等々
と、こう連想してしまうのだ。

とはいえ、献血の為に長時間列を作って
待つ北京の一般市民の姿や、
それを見た四川省出身者が感謝の気持ちを
あらわしたり、治療しようにも薬や設備の無いことの
無力さに泣き崩れる医療関係者の姿が報じられたり、
と、そういう場面には、共有できる感情が湧いてくる。
そういう共通の感情を持った人間同士なんだと、
不思議でも何でも無いことが不思議に感じられらたのは
此方が相当曲折していたということか。

いずれにせよ、絶望的な被災者の表情はとても
悲しい。何とか早く落ち着きを取り戻して
欲しいと思わずにはいられない。義援金等で
少しの援助の足しにでもなればと思う。

Olympic Flame issues, airlane crush in
Africa, they are not only natural disasters
but the world is full of big problems. I wonder
if I can just put down small things of
everyday life.

However, my life goes on whatever happens
and each government should be primarily
responsible for these disasters. Having said so,
however, I feel sorry for the people because the
government does not function propoerly
for those victims.

Not only NHK or Red Cross but nearby
convenience stores have begun asking
charity donations which make us to share
some money for the victims. At the same time,
though, I start remembering followings;

Natural gas development by insisting its own
EEZ in South China Sea, Terriotry dispute over
CHOGYOTO island, No restrictions on anti Japan
riot in Chong-Ching, anti-Japan education which
account for the base of riot, official comment
by Chinese government that the responsibility
of such riot lies with Japan, government supported
Olympic flame relay audiences which seemed arrogant,
demands on ODA by saying that the country is still
under development while developping space military
technologies, 30million of rich Chinese, refusal
of Emergency Rescue from Japan, reactions on poisoned
food export to Japan, etc.

In th meantime, when I saw quite a few people lining up
for blood donations in Beijing, that I heard a comment by
a man from Si-Chuang region thanking for those people,
and that midical staff crying over thier little help
to the victims due to the shortage of medicines and
facilities, I shared the same feeling and that made me
find that they are same people as we are. As I felt it as
a strange feeling, altough it is not starange at all, I may
have been caught by very complicated idea.

Any how, I cannot help feeling sorrow at the faces of despair
of the victims. I really wish that they will recover calm
as soon as possible even though I can imagine it is very
difficult. I will share some help with others somehow.
