教会での結婚式と由緒ある高原のお屋敷での
披露宴。みんなにこやかでした。

いまどき｢命をかけて守ります」などという
若者がいるとは…。新鮮でした。
そういう気持ちが伝わったのだろうな。

さて、ワイナリーも足場が外れました。

The wedding at a church in resort highland followed
by the party at an old resort house of a famous family.
Every body smiled and looked happy.

A surprising comment by a bridegroom that he would protect
his wife at his life. It sounded astonishingly fresh to me.
But it must be true and such determination of his may have
moved the bride.

By the way, winery construction is approaching to the
finishing.

今日はブドウの品目を増やしました。
巨峰の家庭用、種無し巨峰、ナガノパープルです。

ナガノパープルは種無し、皮ごと食べられる
人気品種なので、売り切れ御免でお願いします。

何れも来週から収穫と出荷を始めます。
今日は試し採り。暫く雨だったので味の
のりがイマイチでした、やはり。
今週は天気なので来週は大丈夫でしょう。

ワインブドウは順調です。

I renewed my webshop. You can find more
grapes on it like, Kyoho home use, Kyoho seedless,
and Nagano Purple. The last one is seedless and
its skin is soft enough to eat. Nagano Purple can
be grown only in Nagano Prefecture and is very
popular. Sorry if they were sold out early.

I will start picking next week. I tried some but
the taste was just so so due to the recent
consecutive rainy weather.The taste will recover
next week as we will be having good weather this
weeek.

Wine grapes look all right so far.

やっとウェブショップの商品入れ替え
致しました。今年リリースのワイン、
シャルドネ2009、日滝原（ヒタキハラ）2010、
カベルネs/メルロー2009をお買い求め頂けます。

いづれも平成23年7月の長野県原産地呼称認定委員会
にて認定ワインとなりました。中でもシャルドネ2009は
この時白ワインでは唯一の審査員奨励賞を頂いたワイン
です。フレッシュ・アンド・フルーティとは一線を画す
ワインです。

I have made changes to the weshop all the way.
New release wines, Chardonnay 2009, Hitakihara 2010
and Cabernets/Merlot 2009 can be purchased now from
the webshop.

All these three wines were awarded as Nagano Appellation
Control and especially Chardonnay 2009 was specially prized
as only one white wine among all the entries. This wine
is at the opposite of the recent trendy fresh and fruity
white wine.

今年は山葡萄が、今のところは無事です。
去年は鳥にやられてしまったけれど。
ジュースにしようか、ワインにしようか。
楽しみです。

Japanese indigenous grape look all right
so far this year. They were all eaten by
birds last year.
To make them into juice or wine?

今年もブドウの季節です。
そろそろ巨峰、種無し巨峰、ナガノパープル販売開始
です。

今年は、開花期の雨による結実不良とその後の
天候不順で小房、小粒です。どこも同じ傾向
のようで、贈答用の大房のブドウを探している
という問い合わせがちらほらあります。

It's getting grape time again!
I will be start selling Kyoho, seedless Kyoho
and Nagano Purple grapes.

Due to the poor fruit set by the rain during
flowering and poor weather conditions onwards,
the grape cluster and the berry is smaller this
year. It seems like same situation all around
and I get inquiries for the bigger bunch.
