久しぶりに須坂市内でワイン会をやることになりました。
「雫」という居酒屋さん。何でもお客さんからの
リクエストが多かったとか。シェフがとっても張り切っていて
くれます。「雫」さんも、いつもは焼酎や日本酒がメインなので
どうなるかと心配なんだそうです。で、今回の為にグラスも新調
されたとか。地元のワインを皆で飲んでみようとの機会、ありがとうございます。
ともかく、ご一緒に楽しみましょう。

Wine Session
Wine session will be held at SHIZUKU Japanese pub restaurant.
The restaurant owner said that he had received strong requests from
some of his customers. The chef is said to prepare something special
and different from its list menu. However, the owner and the chef are
worrying how it turn out to be because they usually serve Sake and Shochu
but not wine. So they have to purchase wine glasses for this occasion.

夕暮れ時、暖かかった陽が沈むと畑の空気は
ひんやりとしてきて帰宅を促す。
一仕事を終えた満足感。

明日も日中は夏のような好い天気になるようだ。

At the sunset, the sun disappeared beyond the
layers of mountain ridges and the air got cooler
which prompted me to leave the farm yard.

I was happy to have done what I had planed to finish
today.

It would be another warm day like summer tomorrow again.

本日のワイン東京2013および7日のさわやか信州マスコミ懇談会
では多くの方々に楠ワインを味わって頂きました。

未だに寒い北信州ですが、ぶどうの芽も大分開いてきました。

盛会だったマスコミ懇談会

We are very much pleased with the people who visited Wine Tokyo 2013
today and the Reception of the North Shinshu Tourism Promotion the
other day and tasted Kusunoki Wines. I was extremely happy with the
comments in favor of the wines. Having these comments in mind, we
will further do our best to produce more enjoyable wines.

The weather is still cold in north of Shinshu today but the grapes started
bud bursting. We may have to take special care for good quality
crops this autumn under such difficult condition. However,
we will try our best to see the smiles of our customer like
today and the other day’s events.

環境保護活動家でシンガーのアンニャ・ライトが
また須坂に来ます。　今回は平日ですが
お話とミニコンサートのイベントが峰の原の
ペンション　ふくなが　にて5月14日に催されます。

A famous Environment Protectionist and Singar
Anja Light will be coming to Suzaka again. Do you know
the story of A drop by a honey bird ? She sings the song
and famous for the song, too.

She will talk and sing at a small gathering at Minenohara Kogen.
Why don’t you come and listen to her at Pension Fukunaga
on May 14.

メセナの風コンサート＠楠わいなりーには
約50人ほどの方々がお集まり頂きました。
チェロという普段はあまりなじみのない楽器ですが、
演奏者4人全員が長野県出身ということもあり、とっても
フレンドリーな雰囲気で、しかも音の響きも素晴らしく
皆様堪能して頂いたようです。

その後12時頃から始まったBBQでは、TV信州の人気
レポーターのMy子さんご家族が飛び入り参加され、
とても場が華やぎ盛り上がりました。また、このイベントで
偶然にも旧友と再会された方々が何人もいらっしゃって、そういう
奇遇もある素敵な時間でした。

演奏者の皆さん、参加者の皆さん,お客様、そしてこのイベントに
協力して頂いた全ての方々に感謝申し上げます。

We had a very private concert at my winery. The opportunity
was given by the Mesena Hall Orchestra and named as Breeze
from Mesena Concert. The cello is not an instrument we are usually
familiar with but we all enjoyed the pay very much. All four players
are from Nagano Prefecture and they played very popular music under
the winery hut with nice sound effect.

At the free BBQ started around 12 noon, we have surprise guests, the
family of the popular TV reporter in Nagano. They cheered the event up
very much and thanks to them the lunch became very friendly one.

I thank you again to all the performers, participants, attendants, gusts,
visitors and those who supported the event.
