1月26日松本で長野県新規就農相談センター主催の
就農フェアがあり、楠ワイナリーも参加します。
ワイン造りはぶどう作り。ワイナリーと言ってもその
仕事の7割から8割は葡萄栽培です。幸い生食用
葡萄である、有核巨峰、種無し巨峰、ナガノパープル、
シャインマスカットも作っていますので、ワインだけ
でなくて、葡萄栽培を目指す人には好都合。
興味のある方おいで下さい。

Agriculture Job Fair will be held on January 26 in Matsumoto
organized by local governmental agriculture job promotion board.
Kusunoki winery will be participating and look for the people with
firm decision to live on agriculture. As good winemaking depends on
substantially on the good grape growing, our job consists of mostly
farming say 70 to 80%. Anybody who are interested in wine grape or
table grape growing can accumulate experience with us. We grow
wide variety of wine grapes as well as table grapes including
Kyoho, Nagano Purple and Shine Mascat. Why don’t you drop by
at our booth?

It is the another scene of Suzaka here in north of Nagano.
It is another world covered with white and silence which
leads you to deep thinking and imagination.

It shows the tough face of nature and it seems romantic
at the same time.

Here it is the small village of inns at the highest altitude
in Japan, Minenohara Kogen Heights, which always attarcts you.

持ち寄り料理と会費1,000円で、食べきれないほど
の健康的で豪華な鄙の宴。
今年は6月にリンゴの摘果作業体験に400人の修学旅行の
中学生受け入れがあるし、楽しんで出来ることをやって行きましょう。

と、独身のはずの彼がなにやら手の込んだ料理を持参。
あれ、どうしたの？　実は去年11月に結婚していた
と判明。42歳の桃とリンゴ農家に25歳の若き花嫁！
ベイビーもご懐妊中と。
こいつは春から縁起がいい話と、大盛り上がり。
早速、収穫体験婚活ツアーの計画ができあがりそう。

We had a new year gathering for our Suzaka Green Tourism
Activities Group tonight. We had a lot of healthy and delicious
family cuisines on the table with my wines.

We talked about continuing our activities with fun including
accepting junior high school students’ excursion of around
400 students. They will try fruit thinning of apples in June.

We happened to notice a dish brought by a single male member.
What happened ? Who made it ? Then we found to our surprise that
he had been married since last November and the wife is expecting
a baby this year! What a good news to start with the new year!
He is 42 year old peach and apple grower and the wife is just
25 years old! Such a happy and interesting story leads to
a plant of pairing grape picking tour in the vineyards.

遅い初詣に善光寺へ。
思いの他多くの人出に、周辺の駐車場は満杯状態で
食事処もお昼時のせいか、どこも大賑わいであった。
同じようなことを考える人が多いということか。
それでも、こういう賑わいはいいものだ。

市内各所ではこの3連休にどんど焼きが行われた。
昔ながらのお祭りがお正月に別れを告げる。
もう急ぎ足の1年が既に始まっているのだ。

I went to the Zenkoji Temple for the late first worship of the year.
There was crowd of people against my expectation for today. The
car pools were full around the area and the restaurants were
overcrowded. I found that I was just one of those who thought
the same way as others. However, it is good to see such a crowd.

In my home town, the traditional event Dondo Yaki was held elsewhere
during this three consecutive holidays over the weekend. This good old festival
ends the New Year period for the Japanese. Another rushing year has already
begun.
