昨日のナガノパープルの様子です。
既に甘く美味しそうな香りが漂い
始めています。すでに鳥につつかれたか、
ハクビシンに食べられたかした房も
いくつかあります。

今年は、生食用巨峰は大幅に縮小して
パープルに更新中です。巨峰のお客様には
申し訳ありませんが、今年からは巨峰は
ごくわずかしたお届けできません。
今後はナガノパープルにてお願い致します。
ナガノパープルは、現在長野県しか栽培が
行われておらず、しかも須坂が一大産地
となっています。

大粒の種無しで皮ごと食べられる大変おいしい
ブドウです。

The picture of Nagano Purple, a sought after table
Grape, was taken yesterday. It got darker and the sweet
scent of grape was in the air. There I found a few bunches
already eaten by birds or civets.

We are expanding Nagano Purple of Shine Muscat grapes
Instead of Kyoho for table grapes. We are sorry that we can
deliver few Kyoho grapes this year. Your order fro Nagano Purple
is very much appreciated. This grape is grown only in Nagano
Prefecture at the moment and the main producing area is
Suzaka!

It is a very delicious seedless grape with big berry
which one can eat the skin,too.

今まで、ショップは不定休としてきましたが、
9月から木曜日定休日となります。祝日となった
場合はオープン致します。

9月になれば、ナガノパープルやシャインマスカット等の
生食用のブドウの出荷が始まります（巨峰はありません）。
過去2年、ナガノパープルは実割れが起きてほぼ全滅でした。
今年は、そうならない様にと雨よけを畑に敷きます。
今日はその講習会でした。ナガノパープルの栽培者が
こんなにいるのかと驚きました。

In September, we will start harvesting such table grapes as
Nagano Purple, Shine Muscat, etc. (we don’t have Kyoho
any more). We had terrible harvest last two seasons due to
the berry splitting which was caused by heavy rain during
harvest seasons. Therefore, we will try to use rain protection
sheet this year. The picture shows the Nagano Purple growers
in the area. I was surprised at the number of the growers.
We hope the sheet will work.

2014ビンテージは、メルロー・エテルネル・ロマンチック、
カベルネ・ソーヴィニオンに続いて3本目の赤ワインの
リリースとなります。いずれも、あと1年ほど熟成して
頂きますと大変美味しくなります。

We have just released Pinot Noir 2014 at 3,456yen per bottle.
For 2014 vintage, this is the third red wine released after
Merlot Eternelle Romantique and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Another year of cellaring is highly recommended for these
three wines.

ほとんどが2014ビンテージのものです。
カベルネ・ソーヴィニオンとリースリングは初めての出品でした。
未発売のものもありますが、もう少し熟成させてから出したいと
考えているものです。

リースリング単体のワインは日本では少ない為
かなりの人気です。売切れの場合はご容赦下さい。

Appellation Control this year. Please note that we are
not applying every wine for NAC.

Rieslign 2015
Chardonnay 2014 Barrel Aged
Cidre 2014

Most of wines are 2014 vintage.
We applied varetal Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon for NAC
for the first time. Chardonnay 2014 and Cidre 2014 have not been
released yet as we want to mature some more time.

As there is little Riesling grown in Japan, the wine received quiet
a few inquiries. Please accept our apologies if they were sold out.
