【ピノ・ノワール2017 ロゼ　Pinot Noir 2017 Rose】
今美味しくなっています。色はロゼとしては濃くて、華やかで
チャーミングな香りに多層で深い味わいがあります。
目を閉じて飲んだらロゼとは思えないくらい。
スパイス系のニュアンスが特徴です。試飲会で大変好評でした。
This darker rose wine is now good for drinking. This wine has
darker color for rose wine and has warm and charming scent at nose
with multi layered taste on palate with spicey nuance.　
Many people likes it tasting events.

【エスポワール2018　シャルドネ/セミヨン　Espoir 2018 Chardonnay/Semillon】
樽発酵の若いシャルドネとステンレスタンク熟成のしっかりしたボディと
味わいの濃いセミヨンのブレンドです。フレッシュな香りとアタックでありながら
じっくりと味わいを楽しめます。
This is the blend of barrel fermented chardonnay and stainless steel tank
matured Semillon. It is fresh but favorably complex at nose and on palate.
The style is new and good for light meal and casual occasions.

【ソーヴィニオン・ブラン2017 フュメ　Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Fumé】
日本ではまだ珍しいソーヴィニオン・ブランの樽熟成のワインです。
フュメとは、フランス語で煙という意味で、いぶしたような感じを指しますが、
内側を燻した樽の中で熟成させた感じがこの言葉を想起させます。
フレッシュでグリーンな感じとは違い、味わいに重量感がありより複雑な味わいに
なっています。新しいスタイルのワインとしてお楽しみください。
This is very rare barrel aged Sauvignon Blanc. Fumé means smoke or smoky
in French. The word reminds of the smoky character of barrels
of which staves inside is burnt by fire. Without the green and
fruity character of Sauvignon Blanc wine, it has multi layered and
complex character with weight on palate. Enjoy it as a new style white wine.

【グラン・ヴォアイヤージュ2015】
セミヨンとソーヴィニオン・ブランのブレンドのスパークリングワインです。
2015はとてもキレの良い酸が残った年でしたので、これはスパークリングワインに
するしかないと作ったワインです。しかも瓶内二次発酵を行い36か月以上瓶熟をした
のちにデゴルジュマンで澱を抜き製品にしました。インターナショナル・ワイン・チャレンジ、
デカンター・ワールド・ワイン・アワーズで入賞したワインです。
This sparkling wine is matured more than 36 month in bottle before the degorgement.
The base wine is the blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc both 2015.
It had very crisp acidity and we decided to make sparkling wine as soon as we had
found the high potentiality of the wine. It won silver and bronze medals at the
International Wine Challenge and at Decanter World Wine Awards.

【ピノ・ノワール　2018 リザーブ】
フレッシュな果実感と共にスパイシーで豊かな味わいが口中に広がります。
時間と共に香、味わいが多層に変化してゆきます。まだまだ若いワインですので、
瓶熟によりさらに複雑さが生まれてきます。ぜひ熟成してからお楽しみ下さい。
It has very fresh black and red berry aroma at nose with spices.
The flavor has more spices and is more complex. The aroma and the flavor changes
in the glass with time. This wine is still young and is expected to mature
in the bottle for many years.
