昨年当ワイナリーで仕込んだワインのニューリリースです。
リースリング・リオン　3種。左から「ほんのり甘口」、
「スペシャル・キュヴェ」、「辛口」。

余り聞き慣れないリースリング・リオンは、日本で開発された品種で
「リースリング」の交配種です。
青リンゴのような、柑橘系のような香りと際立った酸が
特徴のワインになります。当社では、これをストレートに瓶詰めした
「辛口」と、やや甘めに仕上げてふくらみと優しさを
増した「ほんのり甘口」、それに少々特別な仕込をして
ブラックティーの香りが加わった「スペシャル・キュヴェ」
の3種を作りました。

特に夏の暑い日に良く冷やしてカジュアルにお楽しみ頂きたい
ワインです。料理は辛いものから、中華、海産物にもよくあいます。
クラッシュドアイスにフレッシュな海産物を盛り付けたプラ・ドゥ・
フリュイ・ドゥ・メールなどお勧めです。

お値段もややカジュアルに、「辛口」と「ほんのり甘口」が1,890円です。
「スペシャル・キュヴェ」はショップのみでの販売になります。
来る18日の須坂銀座通り春まつりでも一部販売します。

岩手県産葡萄を使用。葡萄から放射性物質は検出されておりません。
東北の農家が頑張って作った葡萄です。頑張れ東北！

We are happy to announce the release of our
new wine made in our own winery. They are
Riesling Lion Dry, Demi Sec, and Special Cuvee.

The unfamiliar cultivar Riesling Lion is a hybrid of
Riesling and one of Japanese cultivars made in Japan.
It has outstanding fresh green apple or citrus aroma with
high and crisp acid. Our Dry is the one that these characters
are straight in the bottle while Demi Sec has the softer palate
with more volume. Special Cuvee is the blend of the Dry and
specially made different lot having black tea aroma.

It is recommended to drink them casually specially well chilled in
a hot summer day. They can go very well almost all kinds of food
including spice food, Chinese cuisines and sea foods. Try Plat de
Fruit de Mer on the crashed ice.

They are casually price at 1,890yen per bottle for Dry and Demi
Sec. Special Cuvee is only sold at the shop. We will introduce them
at the Spring Festival of Suzaka Ginza Street on March 18.

The wine is made with the grapes from Iwate Prefecture in Tohoku
area. No radio active material was detected. We support the farmers
in Tohoku. Ganbare Tohoku.
